How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

 

How do I return an item(s)?

Returns, Cancellations & Refund:

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged) please return the items within 30 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us in writing or by email within 3 days of the date of delivery and return all goods.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling will be assessed to all open/used products that are returned, unless the return is due to company error.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or a defective product?

I returned an item that I purchased and I have not received my refund. How long do I need to wait to receive my refund?

Credit card refunds can typically take 3-7 business days to appear on your account (depending on your bank). Your credit will appear against your original form of payment. PayPal and PayPal Credit refunds can typically take 3-7 business days.

I can't find my order confirmation email to check the status of my order. What should I do?

You can check the status of your order by emailing us. Please also check your SPAM or JUNK folder in your email account to see if the order confirmation email is there.

Why is my order on hold? What should I do?
